Diana GÓMEZ CELY

General Secretary of the Confederation of Workers of Colombia (CTC)

Diana Gómez Cely is General Secretary of the Confederation of Workers of Colombia (CTC), having previously served 12 years as the organisation’s Education Secretary. With a background in social work, she specialises in labour law and holds a Masters degree in the Training of Social and Labour Educators. As an employee of the National Savings Fund (FNA) for over 25 years, Ms Gómez Cely has also served as President and/or Auditor of the SINDEFONAHORRO Union of Workers of the National Savings Fund for over two decades. She has also been a member of Colombia’s Commission for the Coordination of Wage and Labor Policies for over 12 years.
